Media Vibes is a marketplace that connects clients looking for photography services with independent photographers approved on the platform. The platform doesn't provide photography services itself — it facilitates requests, communication, and payment between the two parties.
2. Accounts & registration
Users (clients and photographers) must provide accurate information at signup and keep their login credentials confidential. Photographer applications go through a review and approval process before they can accept requests.
3. Booking & payment
Once a photographer accepts a booking and sets its price, payment is collected electronically through a third-party payment provider (Stripe) in UAE Dirhams (AED). The platform retains a 20% commission on every paid booking, with the remainder paid out to the photographer.
4. Cancellation & refunds

5. User conduct
Using the platform for unlawful purposes, impersonation, or circumventing the payment/commission system by arranging payment outside the platform is prohibited.

The platform makes reasonable efforts to vet approved photographers, but does not absolutely guarantee the outcome of every shoot; its liability is limited to what's described in the Quality Guarantee.
